Hilton Garden Inn Tupelo

We were exhausted from traveling so far. Your hotel made us feel welcome. We were transporting a puppy to be my husband's service dog. He is a Vietnam Veteran with many health issue due to Agent Orange, and 41.5 years in uniform. You not only made us comfortable, but you made sure our puppy had a room that made it easy to get her outside for walks, and she was also away from other guests her sounds to go out might disturb. We were so pleased that we felt comfortable, and we could take care of our service dog in training. Thank you so much for your consideration! And, it was really neat when the staff paid attention to our very cute -- ask them --- pup.

Not one thing! If anyone complains - they are being far too picky!

Very nice...stayed there on two other occasions as well.

We had problems with the TV; could only view a few channels. But we were provided complimentary drinks and breakfast to help compensate for the problem, which was was nice.

The staff were very nice.

The beds were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. The girl working the front desk at check in was very rude!! I am coming back to tupilo next month for buiSness and I will not stay there again and will recommend no one from my Company stay at thim Hotel.

The bed was soooo comfy.
