Well we did have a problem with our room staying warm the heater wasn't working right but other then at everything was perfect

Very good stay all around, will return

Loved the bar and appetizers. The atrium is very nice and a great place to relax and socialize. The breakfast was awesome, service supreme during breakfast with the omelet server fantastic, entertaining and talented! The rooms are very nice with lots of space!

Unfortunately we were with a group of young soccer players that used the hotel as a hide and seek adventure, running all over the floors, occupying the elevators and walking in and about all the beautiful decorations in the atrium. It was a little distracting and disappointment with little to no parent supervision. Not necessarily the hotel's responsibility but disappointing never the less!

I like the service, breakfast is fabulous, hotel is quiet and very clean.

Free wifi in the rooms and the ability to hook up a media player to the room TV. Very nice.

Breakfast buffet was great, love the fresh made omelets. Managers special happy hour is also a nice touch.

Restaurant is not well organized, late seating when there are numerous empty tables. Food in the restaurant was not good. Lobster ravioli was worse than a Lean Cuisine and the steak and cheese was pressed meat of some sort. Learned our lesson and ate elsewhere after the first night.

Breakfast was great although could of been available longer, later in the morning.

I had to ask for towels for the pool and it took over 30 minutes to get them.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast in the morning.

The Cattleman's restaurant in the Embassy had a extremely rude hostess. She kept telling us they were not prepared for our party of 9. We did offer twice, to sit at separate tables. There were several tables open and booths open. We were made to wait until a family that was seated and eating was finished before we could sit. Meanwhile other parties of 5 or more were being seated. My grandson ordered a chicken,bacon,avocado sandwich. He was brought the sandwich and told they did not have any bacon. He should have been given the choice before they made his meal, to change his meal. We were also told there were no pizzas left and had to have all the rest of the children change their order. It was not a pleasant experience.
