El espacio y temperatura de los cuartos así como la atención del personal de recepción y limpieza
Me asignaron una habitación sin haber hecho el aseo, con toallas, condones y papeles de baño en el suelo, vasos usados y sumamente desarreglada por lo que hubo que bajar a quejarse y me fue asignada otra de inmediato pero si me hubieran entregado una ocupada??? Estos errores no deben suceder!
