Air conditioning didn't work all the time. Wi-fi was impossible to connect to. The log-in asked for room number and name but the nothing happened. On several occasions when I tried.

Run down building with walls like tissue paper. Depressing approach up eastern block staircase with crumbling concrete and rusting metal fittings. Searchlight (security light) outside bedroom window. Airconditioning did not work and showed signs of being unusable for years. (See previous reviews).
