Main reason for choosing VIK Hotel San Antonio: Reputation

The comfort and the friendliness of the staff.
New Year's Eve was not as good as last year. We went for the second setting and when we came to the bar after the meal there seemed to be a lot of outsiders there. The pre paid for drink seemed a little unfair to some people and caused some difficulty in getting drink.

Main reason for choosing VIK Hotel San Antonio: Location

We were a mother and daughter (does not have this description below) We missed having a kettle in our room. We ordered two pina coladas from the cocktail menu @ 6euro each. Then we ordered two more,when the waiter asked for 13.40, we said they were only 12euro the last time and we showed him the promotional material clearly showing the price. His manager then came back and showed us a different price list and we pointed out that we had asked for same again and could see no difference - he then made a big scene and snapped the 2 drinks off the table in front of everyone at the show. My poor mother was so embarrased but I was really annoyed by his rudeness.

Cleanliness and food. The swimming pools & the view
The lounge waiter. And the heavy smell in the bedroom as you walk in.

Excellent hotel, good service and good food. our room was by the sea shore-lovely. we asked for sunny room in the moring- and this we had.

Superb walk in pool,seawater and warm.
