The service at the bar was the best I've ever had, even when it was near closing closing time and I was looking for a bowl of soup and 1 stiff drink. Great staff service at the front desk. I liked the setup for the internet. The bathtub is great size ... loved it. The pool and spa area is a beautiful space with tall ceiling and big beams.

I stayed in the suite with sofa bed on the first floor. The wallpaper in the bathroom is lifting at some of the seams -- ewwww There was an imprint of part of an iron shallowly melted into the carpeting near the front door ... I advised the front desk and they were willing to relocate me however I declined .. didn't affect my usage of the room. When I lift the cushion of the sofa bed, there was a note underneath not to use aa it was broken. The public whirlpool hot tub while being warm had very low pressure in the jets, so wasn't able to get my usual back massage that I expect from hotel spas. Overall, bang for the buck, I was disappointed because I had paid extra for a top end hotel room and it was below average. Yes, I probably could have gotten another room after driving straight through for 9 hours and only an hour to go to my event, I didn't have time or energy to waste.

The convenience to locations, the ease of access. Rooms are remodeled well

When the people were evacuated to Thunder Bay, the hotel went to pot! not a fault of yours however, visitors were rude and unkept and really destroyed the hotel. It quickly became dirty and messy and abused. that ruined my stay. It also became quite noisy and not fun to be in!

The Spectravision was not working.

Ecellent service/friendly and accommodating staff.

Fine service and house keeping was good as well.

There is black mould on the window sill.
