Everything
The things that I disliked about our stay are things that are hard to control. My wife was kept awake by trains and people outside reving their truck engines and the couple upstairs stomping around the room all hours of the night. I slept through all of this except friday night when I was awaken by the hard rain falling outside.

Quiet, outside plug in to charge battery on boat
Take note of how many fishing folks are staying for a tournament & see about
opening breakfast room earlier.

The king bed room was quite and the refrigerator and microwave were fine. Also the room was comfortable and the 3 day price was very important in making the cost most appealing.
A commode that was continually filling and flushing had plumbing that caused the sound to be very noticeable in our bathroom during the night. Closing the door minimized that. However, the problem was corrected the day that it was reported.
