The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and wanted to be helpful.
1. I thought this was a hotel called the HOMESTEAD and only found out when we got there that it was an extended stay hotel.
2. Even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room it smelled like smoke.
3. There was not even a cup to get a drink of water in the room.
4. There was mold in the bathroom shower.And the toilet was stained.

I needed drinking cups for water. I don't drink coffee but there were no cups or coffee.

I have stayed at the Homestead twice now and have completely enjoyed my stay both times. I will definately stay every time I come to town. The price is affordable and it is comfortable and quiet. I would recommend the Homestead to everyone.
The coffee pots are way too small, but it is the same at every hotel.

Was able to check out an hour later with out additional charge, due to a meeting conflict. That was great. Also was easy to work with on a phone charge misunderstanding.
The bed and springs sit on a platform. That didn't feel safe. No paper cups for water.
