The elevators were horrible. We had to wait very long and go to different elevators to get to floor. You could not press your floor number inside the elevator if you got into an open elevator

Staff was very polite and courteous. The hotel was clean, but I find that the rooms - bed, bathroom much to small.

The bed was comfortable.
Did not like the rain shower. Was not told that I would be automatically charged $25 fee for incidentals. Lady at the front desk ws rude.
