Hampton Inn by Hilton Sydney

Everything. The room was great, bed comfy,nice shower and the included breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel ever. Outstanding.

Not enough staff on for the morning buffet. The hotel was booked, two people could not keep up with quantity of food needed. When hotel booked on a weekend, would be nice to have more staff to accommodate.

I booked a room for my father in law. He has stage 4 terminal cancer.i called that morning to make sure they werent gonna have issues and she upgraded him to the penthouse and I couldnt be happier. They had a great time. Thanks

Everything was good as indicated in my rating above. I found it quite and that is really nice, make for a good nights sleep.

The beds are fantastic! The staff are wonderful. The close proximity to the restaurant in the convention centre is an added bonus. The fact that the hotel accepts dogs is very appealing to us.

The Convention Centre restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel. However, we have not found another abenue to rate the restaurant. We were late arriving due to construction. We phoned for a reservation and specifically asked if we would be to late to order. We had a very expensive meal that was a disaster. Pre dinner drinks were served with the appetizers, and the main course. The food was cold. The vegetables completelybundercooked. A huge disappointment as a previous meal there had been spectacular. Either a restaurant is open, or it is closed!!!! And, why would one of the few restaurants in Sydney close at 9 pm during the height of the tourist season? The entertainment stopped st 9 as well! The bar was full! So, for a province struggling for tourism...better pull up your suspenders.
