L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa

Very good hotel and we are impressed staff is well educated and very friendly.

Too little staff, moved about too much for meals due to party bookings.

Lovely hotel but dissappointed with friendliness of staff especially with having several functions on the weekend we stayed the residents were put to the back of the queue of which we found to be not acceptable, i voiced my opinion to the duty manager on one occasion but the situation was not rectified ( i was offered a night cap put it had already teinted our stay. On another occasion we came into the bar of where there was only one other guest every other table were not cleared of used glasses i have been to other four star hotels on jersey of which are a far higher standard that the L'Horizon

We had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the bay, which was very pleasant, the room was quite comfortable. We can recommend the hotel restaurant, the food and service was excellent. The staff at the hotel are very helpful, we rented a car for a day, the staff at the hotel took care of all the arrangements and made sure the car was bought to the hotel, which made our stay very pleasant.

Excellent location, very good food, friendly staff

This was the second time that I stayed at L'Horizon as I was in Jersey on business and again was very disappointed with the standard and presentation of the food which was actually unedible and considering how much they charge for room service dishes and breakfast has now put me off ever staying there again.

Suited our purpose for a short upmarket break . The room and overall facilities were fine and , of course the hotel location is excellent , for walking or touring.

The hotel served a purpose. Any other visit to Jersey would require me to look elsewhere for accomodation.

Enjoyed the amazing view of the bay and relaxing massage at the spa

Another very pleasant stay (we have been several times before) but we were rather disappointed to find it so quiet and believe that more competitive pricing would ensure that the hotel remains attractive to visitors in the autumn season.
