Located in a beautiful place and the people have a lot of charm. Parador itself is beautiful.
I did not like that on Saturday when we went back to 4:45 p.m. at the hotel after dinner, and with intent to take a nap, the room was not done, and we had to wait half an hour to get inside. I think in a room that level should be available for after dinner, no later than 1430, tops.

The location is absolutely fantastic as were the views from our room.
The coffee shop was sort of part of the restaurant and could be made to feel a bit different (possibly with some screens or different furntiture).
