No, our stay was perfect - thank you!

I liked the friendly girls at the reception, and therefor we did not complain to them. It was not their fault, but we were very disappointed. We were so sad because of sickness in our family, and had hoped to have a nice weekend, where we could enjoy life and think at other things.

The room was very cold and humid. It did not help that we fixed the air con. The walls were humid. The carpet was dirty, very dirty with brown and red spots. We were promised a room with seaview, but there was no seaview, only another house and trees. There was no balcony. We were not promised a balcony, but we took for granted that there were balconies at resort hotel in Sentosa. I would never live in a hotelroom without balcony in Singapore. What shall we do in such a room? I know that there were no balconies at the hotel (I asked), but it is not OK to have such hotels in Singapore. The internet did not work for several hours. There was no massage and spa (which you also take for granted at such a big hotel). The room was dark, humid and cold, and it did not help that we changed the aircon.

The overall hotel design and the pool. The customer service was friendly and accomodating. The free train cards are a nice touch.

1. Bedsheets felt musty and a little damp. 2. Bathroom window's blind was broken.(room 729) 3. Juice station at the restaurant on the 1st floor had power cords dangling dangerously from the side of the table, and even on the table itself. The electrical plug was not terminated properly and had wires visibile. Would suggest that free sunscreen be offered for stays above 2 nights. There were also no items in the bar fridge. TV was also very small.

The room was great,it has a beautiful view,n nice interior.

There isnt any dvd player in the room, maybe one of the TV channel shld play some in house soft music.
