Easily available public transport to Orchard Road (shopping) (less than 5 min), Harbour front centre (40 min). Quite place and breakfast - a lot of choice.

Good view and green area
I was charged with full stay at the point of check-in, this has never happended to me. It took long time for check-in and Receptionist made so many mistakes. The attitude towards customers was not good.

Overall not bad but house keeping services very poor.i have been calling the housekeeping for towels but it takes so long time for the staff to pass it to me.it tooks them half an hour to arrive my room..the room tv doesnt have much channel.i think should have more chinese movie programme.

The staff were attentive to our needs & we would recommend our friends to stay at your hotel.
We were very pleased with the daily cleanliness of the room.
We would have liked to have breakfast included in with our stay. Also the charge for a tiny bottle of water kept in the bar fridge in the room seems to have been quite exhorbitant. We didnt expect to be charged so much for this.
Also, we were disappointed that we had to bring down our own luggage to the foyer & that no bell boys were there to give us a hand. When we did question one of the bell boys, he mentioned that he was sent to the wrong room.

Conveniently located near an MRT station which made using the subway very easy.
The room air conditioner was not cooling very well. I reported it and nothing was done to improve the cooling.
