Ample parking facility. Room size is comparatively big with other similar range hotels. Friendly staff. Efficient check-in with internet booking in advance. Strategic location.

Staff and cleaner is very friendly.
Price is reasonable and bed is comfortable.
Location is great as is walking distance to various shopping complex to get food.
Service is slow and not efficient as not enough people handling during peak hours. During my visit, there are 3-4 tour bus but front desk only have 2 people serving customer.
Room facilities or furniture are not upgrade per 4 stars hotel. it is not meeting expectation as 4 stars hotel (In Web, Hotel Royal was put as 4 stars hotel). Can see the wood has been broken or with dusts.

Basically nothing. maybe the long bathtub that they provided.
Disorganized. suppose to check in at 1pm and when im there, receptionist told me I did not make a reservation thus I got to pay $2 for the internet access (15mins/$2)there just to print out the recipt from my email which will only took me a min or two max? Receptionist leave me at counter while he move around and did not tell me what is going on and I just stood there for 15+mins. My check in time is 2pm instead. A guy came to check in later at 1.55pm and faced the same problem. Receptionist told him the room is not ready when the check in time for the guy is 2pm. Room are dusty especially cupboard. How am I going to leave my stuff in there? No toothbrush in the bathroom. Towels with HOLES. Breakfast is terrible, pathetic choices and taste is really bad.
