Fragrance Hotel - Rose

The front desk was nice, they spoke fairly good English & were accommodating.

The staff is polite and serves carefully.

Room was oo small, not ike what i saw on the web, the sheet was not tidy attached to the mattress

The room is clean, new LCD TV, hot water all the times, lift well functioned and the reception was friendly.

Neighbour's smoke smell in my room. That was very annoying.

The AC did not work the first 2 nights and the hotel did not give us a discount.

Safety, comfortable place. Easy to take bus and easy to eat food

It's located at a very convenient area with easy access to bus stops and MRT. There are a lot of food choice near the hotel from chinese food to western food. In fact, if a person plan to get there, the easiest route would be taking Bus No 124 from Newton MRT station or even Dhoby Ghaut. It is only 5 to 6 stops away from the mentioned MRT station. (Notes: if to take bus from the MRT stations, the bus stop for u to stop at would be next to Quality Hotel) If to stop at Novera MRT station, it's take about 25 to 30 minutes walk instead! Staffs are friendly enough n gave enough information at all the questions we asked. A good place to stay in conclusion!

I like their services...EXCELLENT and it's very affordable the prices.

No parking lot or food area.

I like the hotel because it is clean and near to the city.

I dont like the service as if we will run away and have to pay in advance.
