Children running up and down the corridor yelling and shouting until midnight.

The late checkout coupled with the Premier Club access made it a more comfortable flight home.
The room air conditioning was a little cold even after trying to adjust the temperature

Great Location. Staff were more than obliging and the hotel had everything we required. There was even a tour company locate there that we booked all of our tours through.It is a good idea upgrade to the premium rooms and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite.
There were a few bars and nightclubs located in the vicinity of the hotel that were a little noisy at night

Location only
No genuine efforts made to accommodate customer requests, eg 1. Request for baby cot - got a one that needs repair 2. Request for late check out - Negative answer without hesitation , with std answer, ie rooms all booked the next day ( On a weekday during this downturn ?)

I found that the information you sent me was misleading. You stated the total for the room was one price but I then paid another on check out. the fine line is disconcerting.

1. Entrance from road to lobby and lobby ambience not impressive 2. Shopping mall / shops gives very poor look to the hotel 3. Some how hotel does not look lively.

Room interior quite okay.
Shopping Arcade gives very poor look to the hotel.
