Friendly staff. comfortable room and parking.
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were surprised when told that the hotel kitchen was closed and not serving meals that evening. We had been travelling all day and expected a hotel of this quality to serve meals every day.

Out of all the hotels we used on our 2 week tour of Northern Spain this was the best value for money. We couldn't really fault the hotel or the staff. The situation was also good for exploring Santander and the ferry. Just one minor issue was that there appeared to be limited choice of food available Sunday evening in the cafe. I would certainly look out for this chain again.
