Pleasant clean environment friendly staff.
The bed in our room could've been a lot more comfortable, in fact my husband has back trouble's and it was very uncomfortable for him.

The house car and driver BK was excellent
Kept up nicely considering it is an ageing hotel.
Caliber of guests at "Top of the Mark" certainly was not what it used to be.

Está muy bien ubicado para caminar hacia Chinatown, Market Street, parada de los cables cars. Su personal es muy atento. Quedamos complacidos y volveremos.
Lamentablemente la chapa de la puerta del baño tiene un dispositivo de privacidad oculto y se nos cerro, pero fuimos atendidos inmediata y eficazmente.
