Convenience
On arrival the hotel was closed and when we attempted to gain access by using the machine our booking reference and credit card were not recognized, so we had to pay for another room before we could gain admittance. We didnt get a double room as booked but a twin and were very concerned as to what would have happened if all the rooms had been occupied

We had a most enjoyable stay and will certainly use the hotel again. The staff were very polite and helpful and the food very good and served quickly after ordering. The beds were very comfortable.

Spacious dining room and good breakfast
Did not ok beds three beds made and turned out to be a 2 bed Very bales no solution with management. Other conference participants had the same experience. Could not get a refund and still go somewhere else Bale of these Internet postings that are not right when I arrive at a hotel next time no more or no more euro booking this hotel
