Positie approach by all staff . real efficient service except for the snack lunch on the day of arrival.
Expensive and slow service upon arrival whenwe ordered 4 clubsandwiches and softdrink , € 60 is substantial for minimal pieces of bread with some salad. No food service at all at 6 pm on the Sunday is disappointing. The flooring in the rooms and corridors could have a bit of replacement.not very representyable with all the stains and wear and tear . must be difficult to keep the floors clean.

Some of the staff at reception unhelpful and argumentative, particularly at night. Rooms very small, particularly when three people are in one room, with limited closet/storage space. Cleanliness could be better. No cover sheet on bed. Towels not changed or replaced properly (you have to ask). Fairly good base for exploring South France, especially if you have a car, but not much character in the area. If you want to be able to walk out of your hotel and experience old Nice, stay closer to the Promenade des Anglais. Proximity to CAP 3000 shopping center a plus (very good breakfast food options at Lafayette supermarket in CAP 3000). Secure parking on hotel compound a major plus. Safe area.
