Location
There is an implicit impression that due to the cost of the hotel that the swimming pool, sauna etc were part of the facilities available to all guests. Obviously specific treatments etc would be extra. I was told that this was not the case and regard this as a misrepresentation by yuo and also the hotel. To be told flatly that I could not have a swim was both rude and not as advertised.
I would wish to talk to someone as I feel that i should be entitled to some form of refund.
To exclude certain facilities without telling the propective guest is not acceptable.

Too bad that all the valves are out of service, loose in his unit. This makes the use of the bathroom painful! An overhaul is needed.

Been at other times, ALWAYS GOOD. This time we were surprised that COULD ONLY USE THE POOL-SAUNA FROM THE 17H 30 ', apparently by hiring him INTERNET. I had done OCASIÓN.NO OTHERWISE HAD REFERENCE TO THIS CONTRACT INCONVENIENT TIME LIMITATION THE HOTEL, WE DID NOT KNOW.
AS ALWAYS NICE HOTEL WITH GOOD BREAKFAST AND GORGEOUS SURROUNDINGS.
