Comfortable bed
Tap was damaged and water was running straight on the floor. Breakfast very poor. On the 6th floor was impossible to connect to the internet. Rooms really not so pretty like on the photos.

Not bad. The rooms weren't as good as expected. Undeserving of 3 stars in my opinion.
Fairly close to the city center. Right next to St.Etienne train station and the tramlines.
Several misunderstandings between the staff and their site. Not all the things mentioned in the website are applicable when you get there.

The room was quite small, although clean, and a little dingy in decor. The staff was very helpful when we had a rental car problem.
The restaurant was very good in service and food.
