Close walking distance to other hotels that offered a massage.
Yes. The room did not have a room service menu, nor did it have any information in the room about calling out, how to use the phone. The young nighttime bartendress was not friendly at all, in fact, she rarely made eye contact.

Rooms were large, comfortable and very clean.
Bar served good food.
Not really a dislike just difference in culture, we tend to want to eat dinner at 6:00 pm, the dining room opened at 7:00 pm...

Pleasant surroundings, comfortable acccomodations, very quiet. Excellent location for next day air travel.
The breakfast buffet was overpriced. There did not seem to be an option for coffee and fruit only.
Dinner menu was quite limited.

The front desk staff were excellent to help answer questions and went above and beyond service when they sent an email to my previous hotel where I had forgotten something and also allowed me to call there as well.
I would happily recommend your hotel.
The location to the airport and the bus shuttle to the airport were excellent as well.
We went to dinner that evening in the hotel and found the service slow and the staff less than friendly. We do not speak French and that may have been a factor. Th food though was very good.

Located close to the airport, and easy airport travel by a frequent shuttle bus. Clean, nicely furnished room, comfortable bed, good quality linen and toiletry products. Seemed to have good security. The check in counter staff were nice, helpful, and efficient.
The room was very warm, and apparantly this could not be fixed. The Bistro food and the breakfast buffet, presented foods that were really not very well prepared. Actually, the Bistro food was pretty bad. The wait staff were not attentive nor helpful in the Bistro and in the breakfast room areas.

The entire staff are so friendly, warm and are willing to help at any moment, in fact they are good.
The only thing I did not really like is that after some days the television channels stopped working so I could not listen to news, apart from this every other thing is alright.
