J'ai aimé la proximité de l'aéroport.
Je n'ai pas du tout, mais alors là pas du tout, aimé le service de navettes entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel. J'ai attendu plus d'une heure avant d'être conduit à l'hôtel alors que les navettes des autres hôtels étaient à leur troisième passage. C'est vraiment un point noir, les navettes. Quand vous appelez l'hôtel, on vous promet un passage dans les minutes qui suivent. Et puis rien. Le chauffeur arrive enfin. C'est à la limite s'il ne vous traite pas de menteur si vous affirmez que vous avez dû attendre longtemps. Finalement, il avoue qu'il n'y a qu'une navette pendant cette période de l'été.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.
The navettes were iffy. Very iffy. A thirty minute wait, and THEN they don't drop you at your terminal???? And the location...even a Parisian taxi driver had difficulty finding it. AND worse, the heat was still on, which made the rooms incredibly stuffy--we were dripping with sweat, but there was "nothing" the staff could do.

Navette terminal, mais c'est somme toute ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel à Roissy
Très décevant, clim ne fonctionne pour une durée indéterminée, télévision idem malgré visite d un technicien pendant 30 mn
Je ne recommande pas

The courtesy bus service was non existent, we waited over 30 minutes, in the end a bus from another hotel very kindly took us to the Pullman. All the other hotel buses had been around at least twice and the Pullman bus never appeared.
