Location, ambiance, restaurants were good.
Our room was at the front overlooking the patio area and was a bit noisy late. But only one nite out of five.

Great location
When you took a shower the floor got completely soaked and the noise level at night was a bit much and early morning woke up to foot steps and people le talking.

We felt EVERY staff member went above and beyond to accomodate us. We stayed only one night but wish we had planned to stay longer. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant staff and food really wonderful. Having the shuttle available was so convenient and and added to the stress-free environment.

Impressive remodeling of the hotel. Extremely comfortable room, very good food for all meals, and it was more service with a smile than in many hotels I have stayed in.

Check in was fast and staff was friendly.
Payed a large sum of money for room with no hot water at 10:00am. Front desk associate was less than concerned. Only one elevator was working which made for some long waiting periods to get to and from the 7th floor. Not really the hotel if your looking for customer satisfaction. Never let a customer leave unhappy.
