The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast, the evening soup and rolls, and the pool.

We like the location of this hotel. It is close to the movie theater, Target, and several restaurants, and yet it is set back a bit off the main road and is quiet.

We love this location. We've been to Rochester 3 times for medical testing. Each time we have stayed at the Comfort Suites. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff is very friendly. We always know we will be treated great. The beds are very comfortable (and we are very picky about comforters and pillows). I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rochester.
The only thing that I would change is to keep the elevator floor cleaner. I am sure many guests take breakfast up to their room. So, the carpet on the floor of the elevator seemed to have crumbs on it each day.
