Best Western Hôtel Centre Reims

The hotel was quite shabby. The bedspread was marked. The bathroom was grubby with damp patches on the walls,mould on tiles in shower. The step into the shower was very narrow the tiles on top of the step were broken and could easily have cut our feet. The tiles on the front of the step were falling off. The breakfast was very meagre and not of a very good standard. The staff were very helpful and pleasant

We had a good stay and found the staff helpfull, before leaving for Reims I emailed the Hotel asking if it was possible to unload the case's out front and distance of car parking, I had a response the next morning.

CONVENIENT PLACE TO STAY, FRIENDLY STAFF

W.o. air-conditionning, it would be very uncomfortable in the summer

Room was clean, quiet, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

Located in the city, which is perfect. Rooms are very poorly maintained and not clean. Especially the bathroom was in very poor condition. Sliding door did not work. Sat los.Ontbijt showerhead was too expensive for what you got.

We had stayed at this hotel before, and were sufficently satisfied to return. Its location is excellent, and its rates are good.
