Sunsuri Phuket

First and foremost we both appreciated the friendliness and dedication of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them from the moment we arrived until we checked out. They were determined that we would have the time of our lives and they succeeded. We stayed at the Sunsuri for two three night periods, we returned because we wanted more of what we got the first time and we got it. It was my wife's birthday her 65th, and all the staff combined to make sure that it was memorable. There was a cake, singing, greeting and congratulation. Even a bottle of champagne in our room compliments of the hotel. Tell me else can I find this?

One minor defect which I meant to point out before I left but I forgot. We were in a suite (an upgrade) on our second visit. It had two rooms. One of these, the bedroom the air con had failed. The fans roared but no cold air came out. Luckily we were able to open the sliding door to the connecting room and the air con in that room cooled both rooms to a reasonable level.
