Staff friendly
Went for 2 massages was great. Then for a facial, I was left alone with a mask, I would had prefer Melanie massaging my neck and shoulders instead of leaving me alone. I don’t mind to pay the price as long as the facialist stays with you and made you feel special for the 50 minutes. I would not pay for a facial again..

The staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly. Got great advice on what to do while in Quebec. The restaurant was also excellent with sumptuous meal and great service. Real value for money.

Tranquilité dans notre chambre. Très bon déjeuner. Service au table était très bien aussi.
