The location of this hotel right at the edge of the old town is superb

The staff and location were great!
The fact there was no room service available after 10 pm. We arrived later than expected from our road trip from the Gaspe. I am a senior with mobility issues and there was no elevator up to the main foyer.No fridge other than the bar fridge that froze what food we did have.

Aucune lumière naturelle autour de la piscine.

Central location and easy to walk to everything. The staff was very helpful and kind. They always greeted us with a smile and asked us if we needed anything.
