The location is great! Close to city center and the Loro Park and beach.
There was no hot water to take a bath or shower. No maintanence done on the rooms. I had room 33 in Nov. and same room in Jan. The toilet seat was cracked in Nov and the same in Jan. The blow dryer in Jan could not be used as the hose was broken. The swimming pool is ice water and only a brave few people actually went in it. Reception tells you where your room is and that is all!
