Main reason for choosing Extended Stay America Suites Pensacola University Mall: Rate
The evening staff person was new & was not informed well enough to help me. When we checked in I requested a hair dryer which she told me each room was supposed to have. This was misinformation. Ext. Stays have extra hair dryers at the desk, which she didn't know. I had to wait until the next morning to shower when the daytime staff got me one from the storage closet.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Chad at the front desk. I was vey pleased with the quality of the kitchenette, nice dishes and pans and I was not expecting such a large refrigerator! I would definitely stay again.

Clean room with good facilities (kitchen, refrigerator, etc)
No one bothered room unless requested.
Walls were a bit thin, could hear the person above moving around.
