The situation.
They gave us a room in which the bathroom could not use the shower without removing a very heavy sink and cabinet for installation. The result was a slip with falls and injuries. When I told the director not only not identified as such but refused to get into the room to check the above. Lodged a complaint with the Department of Tourism.

We clearly stated that we wanted a room with twin beds and a quiet room (not on the street). But we had one room with double bed and open an avenue very noisy. What good is it to ask for something specific?
