Very friendly and professional staff, rooms clean.
The hotels has bycicles available for the guests and we only found out the day we were leaving, it should have been mentioned to us upon check in.

The staff was extremely helpful and willing to do everything for our comfort! The location is great since its in the centre of Palma and you could go shopping or to the cathedral on foot!

The staff. Everyone was so helpful.
Being in the centre of town the hotel didnt have a good view but it is a business hotel mostly so its the location you want insteaf of a nice view.
