Main reason for choosing Hotel Almudaina: Location
Your front counter staff were extremely helpful & a pleasure to deal with. They also could speak English which was great as our spanish is not the best. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, we were pleasently surprised that the rooms were cleaned during breakfast, therefore not disturbing guests getting ready to go out. Thank you front of house.
One problem did happen. We were on the roof terrace where you say you serve drinks. Yet we waited for nearly 30 minutes, in the end i went done to floor 2 and made my own cup of Tea (note: using my own Tea) the lady who was looking after the roof terrace came in and tried to charge me for the Tea. I tried to explain, but she got most upset. In the end I got her to call the front desk, he came up and sorted it out. This was rather embarassing fro me, I felt if I was stealing Tea, all the Hotels tea was under lock and key. My suggestion as many, hotels around the world, put a Tea & coffee service in the rooms. By doing this I beleive it would go a long why to improving your already outstanding hotel.

The Hotel is in a great location; It is very close to the main attractions and shopping area. The personal was very attentive and the rooms were always kept clean. In general my experience in the hotel was good.
There is no a late check out rule defined; (however, the personal was very kind to let us stay for some extra time). Also, I was a little dissapointed because it seems to be allowed to smoke in some of the rooms and I could smell such odor in my room.
