The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. I thought numerous times "what a great place to work"! The pool area is perfect. My grandchildren loved the activities and the lazy river. Our room was very nice. Kitchen was very clean and well equipped with everything we could need. Clean linens we're always available and free use of washer/dryer was definitely and added bonus.

Not enough hooks/ towel bars in the bathroom or bedroom. More hooks on the backs of doors would have been extremely handy. Also the lack of night stand lamps that could be turned off while in bed. The lights that were there you had to get out of bed to turn off. Last item is that it is not pet friendly. Even if you had just 1 floor that was would have sold me on your resort.

We just loved this resort, the staff was helpful the place was well taken care of, we enjoyed it so much that we plan on setting reservations for the next year and possibly this Christmas.

I really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit in the south tower. I don't think that the north tower has them in the room, but it was a great convenience to be able to dry towels and bathing suits. Vince was very nice and helpful. The water slide was a hit with my kids.

The availability of the staff always smile to listen even if the language speaking is not the same.

The front desk clerks; Jennifer & Carla were awesome! They went above and beyond to assist our needs and I couldn't have been more pleased with their assistance!

YES! I was there with a party of 10 occupying 5 rooms. NONE of us were happy about the issue of having to have a room key to get into the hotel from the parking lot or the pool area, this is a major inconvenience and every guest we spoke with had similar complaints. To have to use the room key, just to gain entrance to the rest rooms is ridiculous! Additionally, the pool closing at 8:30pm is far too early! Having young children, this played a major inconvenience factor. Lastly, the staff who worked around the pool area were very rude and non-helpful, most of them were younger boys and one was an older man who cleaned the pool and not only yelled, but cursed at my children for sticking their feet in the pool while he was finishing up cleaning it at 9:20am in the morning (by the way, if you close the pool at 8:30pm, why not clean it then and reopen it early in the morning? My husband and i were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had a very good time. All the staff were very kind to us.

The pool hours were a bit dissapointing. We were joined by our children and grandchildren. It would have been nice if they could have had mere time in the pool in the evening hours after the sun went down.

We loved our stay at The Cove! It is so nice the staff is so friendly! The front desk girl is just so friendly! We have been down there three years and we even had friends come down there with us this year and they just loved it. The pool is awsome the kids just have a ball in it with the slid and all. The activitys they do with the kids is great! And don't let me forget about the beach all is just great! The condo is very clean and if you have anything wrong they take care of it right away!

The staff was awesome!! Our kids had a great time at the pool every day playing the games. We will be back next year.
