Customer care, especially on reception is superb. They can't do enough to help. Location is wonderful and facilities, too. food very good, although the buffet style for every meal can be a little limiting. Nevertheless we always found something we liked.
Service a little slow in the garden but it's not really a problem.

The Hotel was run well.
When i reported on two occasions that my fridge was not working no one came to repair it so ll my drinks and water were warm.

Excellent room, wonderful view from the balcony. Excellent Waitress 'Gemma' always polite & attentive.
Carpark charges, music in room charges, pool charges, some members of staff were rather abrasive.

Nothing
That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. To come unfriendly staff, location in a unsafe area with public transportation and no way to Miami. The only option was an expensive taxi or bus, which is however more than 2 hours on the road.
