Hotel RL Cleveland Airport West

Location was great lots of restaurants around. Very clean and the beds very comfortable. Room service went out of their way to bring coffee to the room very early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Not alot of cable stations to choose from.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

It is being remodeled at this time. The bathroom smelled like mildew and when you turned the faucet on in the bath tub, it make a loud noise.

The location was great

It needed a gedion bible and a local phone book

The room seemed OK at first. We came in, looked..checked the beds and peeked into the bathroom and saw what was a newly installed tub, so we unpacked and settled in.....then we opened the bathroom door completely!!!! The tub was fine but the rest of the room was decrepid. The wallpaper was hanging loose and wrinkled.. the tiles were falling off the baseboard and the floor was all patched with black grout that did not match anything. Wide gaps in the tiles made it look like mold. We complained, but decided to stay where we were as we we very tired and had already unpacked. THEN, we discovered there was no hot water! My wife walked down to the front desk in her robe and complained again. We were told that the maid in the morning would check some other rooms to find one with hot water and we could shower there!!! NO THANKS!!
