Friendly staff - quite, comfortable.
The only issue was when we asked for suggestions for a restaurant, the staff would only give us one name "Average Joes" or something like that - The restaurant wasn't very good at all. Probably better to ask us what we like to eat and provide options instead of saying this is the best place to eat (it wasn't for us)

Check in and check out was quick and curtious.
The scent in the lobby is overwhelming, as I am sensitive to scents and get migraines from them. Most places are going scent free because of allergies.

Breakfast
Noisy kids running around past midnight with several calls to staff to deal with the noise (which did not help)
generally the staff had poor control of the environment and did not know how to handle the noise situation

Cleanliness and overall appearance of staircase left to be desired. Bathroom sink drained poorly.
