Fantastic hotel! We spent six nights at the Novotel in Nimes and enjoyed every night. The room was spacious and modern, the air-conditioner worked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is extremely close to the Roman arena and the old city; the location is ideal!

Nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner deux matinées soit le jeudi et le vendredi matin . A chaque fois nous sommes descendus vers 9h 20 .
on nous a dit de nous servir avant que le buffet soit débarrassé bien que le buffet était ouvert en semaine jusqu a 10h 00 .

El personal
No pude dormir por los pillows de la cama huelen a sudor muy intenso. Es muy desagradable. Urgente cambiar los o lavarlos. No es suficiente cambiar el pillow case que si que lo hacen; el mal olor de sudor está impregnado en el pillow. Voy a pasar una reclamación a atencion al cliente hoteles Accor. porque este mismo problema se repitió en el Mercure de Toulouse.
