The staff was very accommodating and everything was close by if needed.
I stayed for two nights and at the end of both nights my room key wasn't registering at the door so I had to call the staff to come open it for me which was irritating.

We like everything about our stay at newport. it is the highlight of our spring. everyone is courteous and helpful. look forward to next year.
