Great location near West Village, Chinatown, Little Italy,SoHO. Had just the right amenities and staff was most helpful from getting a cab to navigating the subway.
Our bed was too firm for our liking.

The location is good, and the reception staff excellent.
The custodial staff leaves a lot to be desired. We had to request additional towels, which became fewer and fewer as the days went on, she did not replace shampoo, etc. as needed, and the surfaces were not cleaned most days--tops of tables, etc. We tried to keep our room orderly, which is not easy with four people in such a small space. She could have cleaned better. Also, she did not leave cream for coffee and twice the coffee pouches had opened and grounds went everywhere when the foil was opened.
