I love it here. Since we visited last there is more WiFi which is great for checking in back home. The food is a bit pricing but very good.
The staff can be a bit dismissing. I have noticed things starting to go by the wayside such as tiles on the pool missing. Very dirty glass looking off the pool side. It was much nicer a couple years ago. Hoping it doesn't end up like the Nukusp hotsprings. What a dump.

The whole experience was lovely! The food in the restaurant was soooo good! Our server (the gal who plays her own hand made ukulele)was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to tell us a little bit about the history and geography. She was an excellent server. The hot pools were great and the view exceptional!

Nice quiet secluded location. Hot pools really great and relaxing.
Could do with a much simpler and cheaper restaurant.

The food was terrific and the pools were amazing
There was no shampoo left when I went to shower and I booked 4 people in and there was only one rob in chalet. There should be exact number of robs for the amount of people booked to stay and make sure the Shampoo and codiontoner full

Excellent facilities - pools. Restaurant was great. When the sun shines the view is fabulous (it was winter)
Price was a bit high although I realize it was Christmas prices. Sure be nice to have a gas/propane fire place. The electric ones are just so lame.....

Supper was great,water was warm/hot and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Halcyon four times now to celebrate our anniversary and this past stay celebrated our 47th. I recommend Halcyon to family and friends.
We stayed in the King Cabin before and next year we will book the KING Cabin not the Queen Cabin. The Queen was small and didn't have the amenities of the King.

The view was priceless .. and being away from the Hustle of city life was a treasure great food at the kingfisher ...quality was exellent
