The location was good for us, close to roads we needed for our visits. The hotel was clean and a pretty decent breakfast included with a nice dining room with outdoor tables. Pleasant staff, nice grounds.

Location was excellent. Price value was not great, but acceptable. Gabriella was excellent in assisting us when I got ill and had to be rushed to the hospital.

Sarah was very rude. I had an Internet connection problem and she was no help, and even told me that she was not allowed to let me talk to their IT person. I called the home office to complain, and within 15 minutes the manager was on the phone and sent a person who knew what he was doing, and solved the computer problem. I was very disappointed in Sarah, especially considering I said there 4 nights.
