Comfort Inn Murray - Salt Lake City South

As commented before the complimentary breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful when we had a question. A bonus was the lightrail into Salt Lake was not very far away, so we could ride it into the city daily. We never had to wait very long for it.

The rooms needs a little upgrading, and the lights were so dim it would not work well with a business traveler.

Was affordablr and quiet.

The hotel was minutes from the freeway making it easy to find and then get on the road again the next day

The front desk clerk a female was not friendly at all she never smiled or made us feel welcomed. I asked about a roll away bed and she said she would look into it but never called our room to let us know whether she found one or not. I called later to inquire about the rollaway bed and she coldley said they did'nt have any. The next day as we left she looked up briefly then looked down without a thanks for staying or goodby nothin. This is by far the coldest service I have evr received from a hotel emplyee. Too bad because if it was'nt for that I would use your hotel again, you always want to feel welcomed where your staying.....we did not.

The entrance to the the motel is very dirty, not a very good impression. The tub in the bathroom was old and discolored. There were men and women running up and down the halls, shouting, " I want to see a naked women". This was at 2:00 a.m. I was about to call the police, apparently the staff wasn't concerned.

It is close to everything but off the beaten path so you don't get the freeway noise. The staff is friendly, even though I didn't have breakfast I have been a guest there in the past and it is nice to know it is available.

I was on the first floor and I could hear every move the people made in the room above. I've stayed there before and I don't remember it being so bad. Also the room was not in tip top shape, pealing/chipped paint, seating in room didn't match, was old and not as comfortable. Also the curtains were not clean.

Convenient, economical and comfortable. Great breakfast, it worked well for us would stay again.

The light's in the parking lot needed repairing.

The convenience of being close to the hospital

It was not very clean very dusty,no coffee maker in room, maids do not clean corners or around floor mouldings so you can see the dirt, was not vaccuumed well...
