Thought the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast.
Our refridgerator wasn't cold and didn't turn on when we turned the dial up. An older housekeeping lady was sent up to address the problem instead of maintenance. I thought that was inappropriate. The hot tub was way too hot.

Very close to Ball State University
I thought the $190.00 price was a little high for the for the room we had, particulary for only a one night stay.

The mattresses, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. The room was a good size with WiFi available. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. A good all around experience.

The greeting I received entering the facility was welcoming. The hospitality I received was great as well throughout my stay.
The shower seemed to not have been completely clean but everything else was great.
