Main reason for choosing The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown: Location
Large bathroom with generous size tub (I like baths over showers) plus convenience location to the Target Center (Mpls)for our event. Parking ramp was very convenient for the downtown area.
My reservation was confused and I did not get the correctly assigned room. I had requested a sleep number bed room but was not given one. After I unpacked and was leaving the hotel for my event I realized the room did not have sleep number beds. The hotel staff was ready to assign me a different room that had sleep number beds but I didn't have time to accept the offer (as I was leaving for the evening and didn't want to change rooms at that time). Otherwise everything else was just fine.
