Would have appreciated a heads up that shampoo was not available. Would have also liked more info regarding restaurants in the area. A vague wave -- that way--is pretty scary after dark in a strange city.

The staff were very willing to assist me in geting settled and finding my way around Miami especially pleased with David
I would have wanted the room to be vacumed at least every other day and the beddings changed also every other day. More kitchen wares like knife and more plates and cooker with grill would have been desirable as well.

We use this hotel often as it is situated near our family. The parking is easy and included, the staff is friendly, especially Mariela, who goes out of her way to help. There is a drug store and supermarket within walking distance.
The pillows this time were inadequate but other than that everything was all right. I do wish they would have tissues in the bathroom.
