Everyone was very kind and helpful.
When we got there we could not get the air conditioner on and the room was very hot. I opened the back and it was missing the batteries. I checked your tv control and it used the same type batteries so I took them and got the air conditioner on. In the morning I moved them back to the tv control.

Helpful staff, the shuttle bus from airport.
I had to ask for the control for the air conditioning.
